April  Title: STARTING A BUSINESS: YOUR ROADMAP TO SUCCESS
	Description: This three-hour seminar is designed for entrepreneurs and individuals who are thinking of starting a business or have been in business for less than a year. It introduces the key factors that one must be aware of when forming and starting a business enterprise. This seminar helps the participant answer the questions: "Is Entrepreneurship for me?,"What do I need to do first before getting started?," "How much money do I need to invest to start on the right foot?," "Do I need a business plan?," "Where can I get free advice and help with business planning?" The seminar will answer these questions and will cover the following business essentials: Setting goals, The Product or Service, Marketing, Research and Demographics, Locating the Business, Identifying the Customers, The Competition, Promoting the Business, Management, Legal Issues, Financing, and Business Resources. Entrance Requirement: Entrance requirement for this program is minimum 17 years of age. Registration Fee:$20 (includes a student guide and PowerPoint handout. Pre-registration is required.
